Customer product specifications, quality standards, and technical parameters such as inspection methods
Other customers' information explicitly marked as confidential

2. Confidentiality Measures

We take the following measures to ensure information security:

Sign NDA: All employees sign a non-disclosure agreement upon hiring, outlining confidentiality obligations.
Permission Management: Enforce strict access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access customer information.
Data Encryption: Encrypt customer data at rest and in transit.

3. Confidentiality Period

Our confidentiality obligations remain in effect during and after the cooperation, unless the customer releases them in writing or the information enters the public domain.

IV. Liability for Breach

If a data breach occurs due to our fault, we will assume legal responsibility and compensate you for any resulting losses.

V. Exceptions

The following circumstances do not constitute a breach of confidentiality obligations:

Information was already publicly known at the time of disclosure.
Required to disclose pursuant to laws, regulations, or judicial authority requirements
Obtain client's written authorization to disclose
